ORDERING INFORMATION

Payable by check, M.O. or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).  If ordering by credit card, please specify type of card, card number and expiration date.  Orders are accepted by phone, postal mail or E-mail.  With credit card purchases use phone or postal mail (not E-mail) for security.  My phone number is 802-899-2365.  The postal address is:  Birch Pond Sculpture, P.O. Vermont residents only add 6% sales tax.

Ornaments are usually shipped by Priority Mail or First Class mail.  Other items are shipped by UPS or best.  If you are paying by check, I will ship upon receipt of your check.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated by weight according to the current First Class, Priority or UPS rate.  If new packaging (not recycled) is used, a small fee will be added to cover cost of the box.  I'm a pack rat who saves old boxes.  Whenever possible, I will use recycled packaging to keep your shipping cost down.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, you may return the merchandise for a credit, refund, replacement, or exchange.  Call or email me about the problem within 30 days.  Please return any merchandise with postage prepaid (not C.O.D.).
